At the French national level
MATHEC members adhere to a common operating charter, based on the commitment of members to collaborating on common goals:
- Participation in the national MATHEC Multidisciplinary Consultation Meeting (RCP MATHEC-SFGM-TC)
- The development, practice, and dissemination of standardized care
- Monitoring procedures and protocols established by autoimmune disease experts which are in line with the recommendations of the EBMT, and in accordance with National Protocols for Diagnosis and current Care (PNDS) validated by the High Health Authority (HAS) in France.
- Working in an autoimmune expert/hematologist partnership at each site to allow tailored coded follow-up of patients in the short, medium and long term.
In this context, MATHEC members work directly with other experts within the:

- French association of Lupus and other rare diseases (AFLP +)

At the international level
MATHEC members work directly with members of:
- The International Society for Cellular Therapy
- American Society of Hematology
- The Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant Research (CIBMTR)
The members of MATHEC have established framework agreements for academic partnerships to facilitate the reception and training of students and to promote innovation in therapeutic strategies for autoimmune diseases. Collaborators include:
